Set Browser Window Size for Flash Site?

I have a created a website for a family friends business and I am struggling with an issue, hopefully someone can help with.

I have the site all created at a particular size.

My question is is there a way to publish the file so that when someone goes to he site the browser window opens to the size of the site/movie only? so that they do not have to scroll up or down or have white on left and right of window?
