Set frame from movie to each chapter! HELP

When you buy a movie from the iTunes Store, and it comes with chapters. Then you transfer it to your iPhone When you click on the chapters to change to a different chapter it shows The chapter number, a picture and the name of the chapter.

When you rip the movies yourself through say handbrake, it only shows the chapter number and the name of the chapter and no picture.

How can i add a frame to each chapter so it would be like the ones that your buy?
