Set hompage on multiple macs using Mac OSX Server 10.6

Hi,
I'm looking to have all our mac's use the same homepage at our school using Safari. Currently have Mac OS X Server 10.6.8 setup and have been able to manage most user prefs, but haven't found anything on how to set the homepage (currently they all goto apple).

Can some advise on how to do this or if this is possible?
Any info would be greatly appreciated as I'm fairly new to Mac's in a network environment.
