This morning my LTE was 35 times faster than my wifi. Now both are about the same at about 1.8 mbps. Funny thing was my UPLOAD speed on LTE is about 3 times faster right now for upload while my wifi is the opposite.

8:30 in Hawaii. Prime time for internet use.

And OMG Apple chose this minute to do iTunes version 12.1.2 which will cause huge traffic. (my system just found it)

15 ms ping, 18-20 Down and 5-6 Up for me right now :D

I bought a new router and just got it running today, 100MBPS speeds on the speed tests. I'll use that, while having my iPhone att let as a backup, and a tmobile mifi as a second back up.

At&t Gigapower makes this no contest for me, but will have a device on LTE just in case.

I officially hate anyone with 100mbps. Reminds me of my family in New Jersey. They apologized for having the slower 72 mbps internet in their house. The computer seemed to refresh before I could hit return!

On the best of days the very fastest my wired internet gets to is 3.5 mbps in my neighborhood. The lucky few can get 7 but they did not put that into the densest neighborhood on the island for some reason. My LTE is usually very fast (not tonight). Unfortunately they do not really allow wireless broadband here without charging a fortune for it. We WERE going to get something a while back but Verizon bought the company and used their bandwidth for their existing customers.
