Set iWork to center?

I have no idea why there isnt seems to be an option to set Page from iWork to center when stretch, its very annoying that it doesnt seems to move at all. Please do not suggest that i should do something else, i want to stretch page and able to see both gray side, just like what i see from word. Thanks
