Set light themes with Homekit/Siri?

I've been playing around with the Home app in iOS 10 (better than nothing but a UI disaster), and after much random prodding I now have some scenes set up for my Hue Lights. Back on my ATV 4 on TVOS 10 I can use Siri to turn room lights on and off, but whenever I try to set a Scene it just responds "sorry I can't help you with that". I can set Scenes on my iPad and iPhone using Siri just fine.

Are Scenes unsupported on the ATV?
