Set Monitor Layout With Applications

I want to setup my third monitor to consistently show the same windows and applications. Whenever I plug the monitor into my computer i want it to open 2 firefox windows and goto preconfigured websites as well as open my stock app.

Anyone ever heard of an app or extension that does his.
