set ringtone for all those not in contacts... ios7

I like customizing my ringtones... All good friends get their own... and then all other calls get another tone. In my previous phone all the calls in my contacts if they did not have a specific ring all got a ring of their own and all calls that came in that were not in my contacts got another ring. Can I achieve this is ios7
