'Set time automatically' option is gone

Hi all,

I have an unlocked 3gs which is running on tmobile. For some reason, under setting --> general, there's no option for me to automatically update the time on my phone (I have to manually set time zones). Is there any way to fix this?

I remember that my old 2g phone had this option with an older firmware (possibly before 3.0).

Sorry if this is a repost but I couldn't find anything on the subject. Thanks!!

Auto time update is nothing to do with the iPhone. This is provided by your network provider - if in doubt, check with them.

But my network provider supports this feature with an old Nokia phone (same sim card). Any ideas why the iPhone can't?

As I said, check with your provider.
