Set Time Automatically Toggle Disappeared

I have a 1.1.2 OTB hacktivated phone that I’ve updated to 1.1.3 using Installer. The option to toggle ‘Set Time Automatically ON/OFF’ in Settings->General->Date & Time, has completely disappeared. As I travel between different time zones about 10 times a month, this is a major pain, as I have to set the time by changing the Time Zone manually.

I have tried going back to 1.1.2 without success. Can someone please help?
