Set to NOT auto boot into a partition?

Hi all and good afternoon! I am trying to figure out how to set my MBA running snow leopard to not automatically select a boot partition. Basically, like when you hold down the option button on boot to select windows or osx...I want it to do that automatically without holding the option key. I know it's not a big deal to hold the option key, but I would really like it to just auto boot to partition selection. Is there any way at all to do this?

rEFI can do this. But if you have a 2011 Macbook Air, I don't think rEFI works with it yet.
