Set up HD

I just installed boot camp on my brothers macbook. He will always use an external hd for his windows programs, so i only partitioned 5 gb of his internal for windows. Knowing him, he will always forget to select the external hd when installing applications etc. Is it possible to prevent him from writing onto the internal hd's partition?

No, Windows needs to be able to write to it's partition, so that would not work.

he'll just have to learn. and learn he will when that 5GB runs out more quickly than he thought possible.
