Set up .Mac email aliases in Mail?

Is it possible to set up a .mac email alias in Mail so that not only do I receive email from that name (which happens already) but I can also send email from it, too? Currently, the only way I know how to send from the alias is to do it from the .mac mail site. Kinda slow.
