I have both my iPod Touch and my Mac connected with gmail. When I use the iPod, it updates two ways so that if I read mail on my ipod, it will not be new anymore when I see it in gmail. I like this.

Mail is not doing this though. It just downloads it, but does not tell gmail whether I read it or not. Can this be changed?

Thanks! I followed the steps and am reacquiring my mail. I'm assuming it will work perfectly once it is finished.
