set up orange email on iphone 5???

I have googled and tried various things to no avail. I have just received my new iphone 5 today and im struggling with setting up the email. I have an orangehome.co.uk account and whilst it seems ive set u for it to receive im having trouble making it send. Does anyone know what settings I need please?
