set up time capsule using a NETGEAR Universal N300?

If I obtain either
NETGEAR Universal N300
NETGEAR WNCE2001
wireless bridging type of product
access point product

Will I be able to set up and run time capsule since I am unable to attach the router "FIOS" to the time capsule due to not in the same room it's not my internet we share it (3 of us) room mates and it's in the master room.
