I got a PC keyboard with no volume buttons. OS X has keyboard shortcut for brightness but no keyboard shortcut for volume. The PrtScr/SysRq, Scroll Lock, and Pause/Break keys function as F13, F14, and F15. What is a simple program or hack to set these keys to control volume?
Really sucks that you cannot configure volume key like you can confogure brightness key...

I use Karabiner for exactly this: https://pqrs.org/osx/karabiner/

I tried Karabiner but it doesnt have any options for F13, F14, and F15. Only F1-F12. Karabiner is limited in that you can only set what options they have thought of and listed there. I don't see why they allow you to set whatever you want, rather than having all those checkboxes.

Have you contacted the developer to find out? Seems like a logical thing to do.

That's strange, because I have a category "Change F1..F19 Key & Functional Key...." -> "Change F1..F19 Key" -> "Separately settings" -> And there the possibility to change each function key.

Oh I found the option I was looking for! This is like a maze and it's hard to find what you want!
