Setting Default Font Outlook for MAC

Hi! I have tried to change my default font in Outlook for Mac following the instructions to go to Preferences>Font>choose font; BUT - the list of fonts there doesn't include the font I want. I want Helvetica Light & only Helvetica is listed. However when I compose an email, I can go up to the font box, click on it, go down to "Choose" & can find Helvetica Light in the Favorites category there. So is there a way for me to set that as my default font?
