Setting default printer with Airprint?

One small annoyance with Airprint is the need to (re)select the printer with every document or photo one prints, ie, the inability to set a default printer (or at least defaulting to last used one or the one available if only one printer is available). This makes printing a five-tap operation which otherwise could be a three-tap operation.

Has this changed in iOS 9?
