Hello there,
Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but I haven't been able to find an answer.
I have a student who would like to set up some iMacs with a default video screensaver (For a Fine Art degree show piece). Her preference is to have it on the login screen to come in after a couple of minutes. I have managed to set the time preferences but am having serious problems with running a Quartz Composer screensaver as when I add it it defaults to Flurry. An alternative might be to have a slidesaver screensaver running but when I try and add it, once again it defaults to Flurry.
If it is not possible, we would like to just run the Quartz Composer saver for all users but when I try to move it into System/Library/ScreenSavers I am not allowed to do so on El Capitan or Sierra. If anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful.
I have done many searches on the internet for a solution but none of them work (most tell me to copy the screensaver to System/Library/ScreenSavers but I can't even do that as root user or with sudo commands).
Thank you very much,
Richard.
