Setting language in Keynote

OK, I'm trying to make a presentation in Keynote to a French audience, so I'll be writing the slides in French. I'm trying to find how to set the language in Keynote so that the squiggly lines go away :). Any ideas? So far I haven't found what I need. Thanks in advance.
