Setting Lock Screen Notification to Show Contact Name Only?

Is there a way to Set the Lock Screen Notifications to Show Contact Name Only WITHOUT showing the Previews for the Phone and Messages notifications on the Lock Screen?

I only want it to show just the contact names but with no message Previews on the Lock Screen.
 
I believe this is the default behavior, so you must have changed something. None of my previews are readable until my phone is unlocked.

Go to "Settings > Notifications > Messages / Phone > Show Previews" and set to 'When Unlocked' or 'Never’.

If you want to make it apply to everything, then set it at the "Settings > Notifications > Show Previews" level.
