Setting Print Driver preferenes

Is there a preference setting in Jaguar where you can toggle between or set the active print driver whether it be Epson, third party or Apple? I am trying to use an Epson driver and all I get when I try to print is the basic OS pop up which is very basic and has few printing options. I have loaded other drivers but do I have manualy change something to activate them? Thanks.
