Ok, so here's my situation/problem.

I really want to get a 20" ACD, however... one thing that really REALLY bugs me is when I connect my MacBook to my TV and I resize my windows to fit the new 1920x1024 resolution, then I go back to 1280x800 and all my windows are stretched to neverland and I have to resize them.

So, I'd like to ask... is there a program where you could create a profile and have it SAVE the size you keep all of your windows so when you go to another resolution you don't have to re-adjust to your desired preference?

Now, I'm not gonna lie, but when I'm on my Mac, I have more than four programs running at a time. I'm always accessing them or using them in some way. Right now I have: Mail, Firefox, Adium, VLC, iTunes, Photoshop, Pages, Numbers and jDownloader running. If I were to connect this to my TV, I'd have to readjust all my windows and then when I go to lie in bed it's cleaning up time.

So please tell me there's a program for this, or if Mac OS X does it then that'd be sweet because I haven't done much research on it because I'm not sure what to search for.
