Setting reminders to remind me twice a day every day?

I want to set a reminder that will remind me of something in the morning and night every day, so it will display whether I'm on a Mac, iPhone or iPad. Is this best done in Calendar OR the Reminders app?

I would just set a repeating calendar event with an alert, one for the morning sequence, another for the evening.

Why don't you try both and just go with what works for you?
