Behind you!
So… you know how, if you went to Location Services in settings and looked under 'System Services', 'Setting Time Zone' would permanently have an activity arrow next to it, so a whole bunch of us turned it off to try and fix our battery woes?

I've upgraded to iOS 5.1, and just turned it back on out of curiosity. It's still there. Even after a restart.

BRB, off to LOL forever

That's one of the things I hoped would be fixed with 5.1, too. It's only a problem on my iPad 2; my iPhone 4S doesn't exhibit this bug.

After I installed 5.1 on my iPad I played around with different combinations of turning off wifi, then Location Services, then Setting Time Zone and the arrow went away for a minute but later returned to stay on.
