Ok I have a 15" MBP Mid 2010. I just got a data-doubler from OWC and replaced my optical drive with a SSD with which I will be installing OS X on (Snow Leopard). I also just purchased a 1TB 2.5" internal HDD with which I will be installing into the existing HDD bay of my MBP.

How do I set up a media server for iTunes, iPhoto...etc on my HDD so that I can put all my files on the HDD so as to leave my SSD uncluttered with just OS X.

Do I just need to install snow leopard (or lion when it comes out) on my HDD and somehow set up server services on the HDD? Does anyone know how to do that?

Thanks in advance
