Setting up as new - how do I transfer my camera roll videos?

I will be setting up my iPhone 6 as new. I am making a folder in iPhoto with my iPhone 5 camera roll and then syncing this folder to my iPhone 6. But what happens with the videos I've taken? I can't figure out how I will be able to get these onto my iPhone 6 without restoring from a backup.
