Setting up as New Watch

Looking to use some Christmas money in the new year for an S4, I currently have an S1, curious who has set their S4 up as a new watch and those that have transferred everything over?

Also if you set up as a new one, do none of the health stuff transfer over either? Never done it before so unsure as to what it’ll do differently

I believe the heath stuff is stored on the phone so that remains. I set mine up from a backup and had no issues at all.
