Setting up Boot Camp for Windows10

I'm trying to set up boot camp with windows 10 on my IMAC. I have a downloaded ISO file but when using the bootcamp assistant, I get to Select Tasks, after the download of support software from apple is complete, I get the message "the Installer disc could not be found". The ISO file is in my Applications folder. Please can anyone help me to get further.
