I did a couple of searches and a lot of reading and couldnt find my answer. Not sure I even know what Im looking for. So sorry if this was already discussed as Im sure it was...
I have my Drobo connected to my Airport Extreme. All my PCs in the house can see the drive and RW to it. It works great so far. When configuring the Airport Disc Share I noticed it said something about sharing it over the wan. So if I wanted to access the Drobo from outside my house, its my understanding that I would have to select that option and set a password. But then it never tells me how to navigate to it from the outside world.
So does anyone know, do I have to find out my static IP from my ISP? Or does the Airport provide me with that, but I just didnt notice??
