Setting up dual Monitors: Which adapters ?

I finally saved up for a rMBP 15" (2012 model) and I am running windows. I would like to also setup dual 23" Dell monitors.

I bought two of these thunderbolt to dvi adapters

so far I set up one monitor and the max resolution it can go on the external is 1920 x 1080. My rMBP is running 2880 x 1800

and the problem I am having is that all the windows that go the external from the mac is huge. I want to keep it as consistent as possible. When I use the same monitor on the OSX system, everything is PERFECT!

from some light researching, do i need a dual link dvi cable?

No, you only need (or use) DVI-DL at higher than HD (1920x1080).
