Setting up folders in Photos

I thought I read somewhere that the IP4 will have a function where we can set up folders from the phone under photos. Is there a way to do this? If so, how? I assume there is an app out there if I JB the phone, but I was wondering if this could be done w/o JB.

You can setup folders for apps on the IP4. If you want folders for photos then that can only be done in iPhoto on a mac.

You can also do it on a windows PC through iTunes. If you create and sync multiple folders from your computer it will create those some folders on the iphone.
