Setting up iMac 27" with Plasma + Amp

Hi,

I am wanting to hook my 27" iMac to my 42" Plasma and A/V Reviever. I am just wondering what I need exactly to do this ? The amp does not have HDMI.
 
This and this.

HDMI to Plasma, Optical to receiver.
