Setting up mail with ymail

My first mac so excuse the newbness.

I cant seem to set up the mail app with ymail, which is an extension of yahoo.

Can someone let me know if its pop or imac, and what addresses it uses.

OR, if there is a better alternative out there. I really want to use my ymail account somehow. Thanks

Do you mean the ymail client?

Or Yahoo Mail?

Because the latter does not offer POP3 or IMAP features with its free account anymore. You have to purchase Yahoo Mail Plus or so to have that.

Or what do you mean by ymail? Can you give us more details, like a link for example?

My email is a ymail address. I figured it would be the same set up as yahoo's, but I am lost.

So next question, would you recommend getting a mobileme account? I have a chance of getting a 5GB account for just $20 a year. I dont need the 20GB normal account.

Any experience with using it with mail.app?
