Setting up my Outlook mail to my iphone

I'm having a hard time setting my work email up which runs through Outlook to go on my iPhone.

Can someone please help me?

Right now i have a forward on my work emails to my personal email but it's getting to be too much as i receive to many emails a day.

HELP :confused:
