iPod touch Setting up router for Facetime

Hello This looks like the place to ask , any advice on setting up a Lynksys G Wireless router to work on Facetime? We have two Touches that will Facetime as long as we arnt at on our home router. I've tried to set up the port sharing as specified on the Apple Website but not sure I've done it right. any advice or where to point us in a direction, much Thanks!

FaceTime works on all forms of WiFi, except A. I found that I sometimes can't FaceTime between two iDevices on the same local network at the same time.

I can confirm this. It took 4 failed connection attempts before I could FaceTime my friend while we were both at my house.
