Setting Up TC on an Existing Wireless Network

I have had my Time Capsule for a couple of years and it's been great. I just moved in to an apartment that has shared wireless internet. I want to connect my Time Capsule to this wireless network so I can do my Time Machine backups wirelessly to it, but I can't get the Time Capsule to connect to the existing wireless network. Can somebody help walk me through this process? I am about ready to throw this thing out the window!!!
