Well, 2.1 was installed normally, no issues, quick, everything worked post-upgrade...
Except Date & Time in Settings.
Which just crashed me out back to the home screen every single time I tapped it.
I tried everything I knew and then some - but the only thing that fixed it was a restore and then setting the iPhone up as new, without using any backups.
Thought on the odd chance anyone was having the same problem this would save you messing around. Just go nuclear!
