Settings for the download pop-up from dock

Hello macrumors, I've recently been trying to figure out how to set up the downloads menu that pops up from the dock. After some downloads, it is just way too big and I can't find out how to set it so it only shows the last 14 downloads, for example.

Right click (or control + click ) on the folder on the dock.
You will see the options

I did, but I don't see any option for these kind of controls... Does anybody know if such settings exist??
