iPhone Settings from previous jailbreak still on my phone after restore?

I restored and updated to 8.1.1 to use new jailbreak, re-jailbroke, and for some reason settings for apps that I've used are still on my phone from previous Cydia tweaks?

I restored from iCloud backup after restore?

Well, there is your answer ....I would definitely restore and setup as new and than jailbreak....two different IOS's, two different jailbreaks....who knows what could go wrong....

Yup only way to not carry over settings from prior JB is to restore as new. But that being said, I'm using the same backup that came from my iPhone 4 to my current iPhone 5. Did OTA and full iTunes restores. It's seen jailbreaks from Limerain? Snowbreeze, Evasion and Pangu. Haven't found any stability issues at all.
