Settings on the monitor - different "Games modes" described

Hi all,

Man, trying to set the monitor up for the M1 MBA.

Going through all the settings.

I found this gem website explaining all the "Games modes" I have on my monitor.

I'm personally looking for "easy reading" setting
- Easy on the eyes
- Sharpish words
- not too bright at all
