I had iPhone 5, and wanted to switch to Straight Talk. Needed to change some setting's, and it was recommended to use an unactivated T-Moble sim. Worked fine.
Last year i purchased the 6s+, and i have no idea why, but i just wanted to see if any of the setting's would change when inserting the T sim. The setting's did change, similar to the pic's below from my 7+
In the first photo are the normal setting's. Photo 2 show's the change under Cellular where personal hotspot was, and is now carrier T-Mobile/inserted unactivated sim. Tapping that took me to Network selection's> Automatic/green radio button that i turned off, and it started searching. Turned back on button, and re-inserted my AT&T sim. All's fine. The difference between 6s+-7+ was on the 6s+ all the carrier's were listed, and on the 7+ it was searching. I purchased the model A1661 Sprint 7+ because of seeing post that it and Vrz will work for all carrier's. I see i'm not asking a question, but just some info for no reason. Sorry i was wondering if anyone has done this?
