Hi,

Well I had my computer on for a like 5 days and I used it pretty much the whole time.
And Mail crashed or something then I had to put in all my email accounts again, that was the first sign of my problem.

So I decided to turn off my computer cuz I was going out for a few hours.

When I came home I turned it on again and I signed in under my name, the dock and everything was restored. I found this really weird.

So I restarted my computer and the same problem.

I was really pissed, I changed all the settings back, and I thought about logging in under my brothers account (its my computer, had to give my brother a limited account because he doesn't have a computer) I don't think his settings changed but anyway...

I restarted my computer and logged in as me.

ALL OF THE SETTING WE'RE RESTORED AGAIN!!!

This is pissin' me off. While I was changing the settings I don't think it applied, but some did, I dunno.

So does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks to anyone who can help.

Oh and all of my data and apps are there. If that makes a difference.

I've got the June 2009 13" MacBook Pro, lowest end.

TL;DR

Computer keeps restoring to factory settings when I turn it off.
