Setup from Time Capsule

I am setting up a new 2016 MBP using Time Capsule
I currently have an 2015 MPB with SD card with a 100GB iTunes file on it,
Which is not excluded in the backup
And no room on the HD to transfer.

Will TimeCapsule know where to put this file on the new machine?
Anything particular I should do?

I assume you plan to import during system setup with the Migration Assistant? If so, it will not do anything with that 100GB iTunes file. It will just be left sitting in the backup set on the TC and you will need to manually move it to wherever you want it.
