Setup Wireless Network

Help, I have the following kit:

2 x Apple Airport Extreme Early single band models
1 x Airport Express

I currently have 1 extreme setup as base station fed from wired ADSL router providing DHCP.

I want to extend this network to add in the upstairs that has 2 x wired ethernet printers and 1 on USB also a couple of PC's and a Mac Mini (this currently connects to base station via wireless).
