I knew we should have killed reality TV while we had the chance. Now it may be too late. Time to head for the bomb shelter. ;)

'I'm very proud of the fact that this show is educational and informative,' says Channel 4 head of entertainment, Julian Bellamy, 'It's not about titillation. I defy anyone to be turned on.'

Um, yeah. What's the show about? Oh, that's right, couples having sex. I can see where no one would be turned on.

Of course, it is about real people, which I guess could get a little scary - but more for the people on the show. I mean, can you imagine, you're there having a nice romantic interlude with your wife, when suddenly she tells you that it just isn't working for her, and she's invited a sex therapist over, along with a TV crew, who will tell you what you're doing wrong?

I have enough trouble accepting criticism of my barbecue skills, but now this? Ouch.

In a new Channel 4 reality show on common sex problems, volunteer couples make love on camera while presenter Tracey Cox advises on their performance. Energy, she says, is more important than good looks
Energy is more important than looks, eh?...well, there might be hope for me yet...

While I am generally confident of my abilities in the bedroom, I am not sure I am up to being critiqued by a National audience.

I have visions of those yellow pens used in US football, with lots of things circled, x's and arrows, and move-by-move commentary...ugghh

With special guest commentator John Madden. "So he moves around this way, and then BAM!" :D

Wonder if they will get everyone together and "vote somebody off the island" like Survivor?

Reckon there are restrictions like "no Viagra", etc.
Maybe they will do drug testing after each show.

Unless she is a licensed sex therapist this could do more harm than good. This seems to be a new way around pornography. Done correctly it is a private matter. It just seems wrong.

I just think it is really bizarre.
It is like every show is trying to out do the others by going even farther to push the limits of sensibility.

Will we see undercover crews with gang reality shows to show rape, killings, etc.?

Sadly with the way TV is progressing, don't think that is too far from reality. Now that they are swapping house wives. This show that is filming couple having problems, being filmed during sex. The elites just think that they are superior.

Sex reality shows have been available for at least the last two years at Bang Bros Network (google it). Yeah it is hardcore porn, but still two or three people having sex in moving vehicles, etc.. These guys cruise around in a van picking up (actually they are "planted" new models who have agreed to do a porn, but have no idea what they are getting into, just told to wait in a public location.) What happens can be surprising and unpredictable. This may be more reality then that channel 4 show. :p
