From Apple, I ended up with a 2.26 Octo; 1TB; with the ATI graphics (btw, if anybody plays LOTRO, it runs smokin' fast with this setup) and the BOSE companion 3 (WOW these speakers are awesome!)
From OWC, I got two 300gb Velociraptor drives for a RAID-0 (of which i also partitioned 32gb to use as PS scratch disk), one 80 GB Intel-SSD for boot drive, one 1TB Hitachi Enterprise drive for data backup, and 16GB of RAM,.. all from OWC.
I installed Vista 32bit via bootcamp on a 80GB partition on the 1TB that shipped with the MAC (for the sole purpose of playing LOTRO).
I had a blast changing all my drive icons too
