SFTP server

I have an iMac running Lion Server hosting a website. I would like to enable sftp services as well.

I have a client who I want to grant access to a specific folder for file transfers. I do not want this user to have access to view or modify ANY other folders on my machine.

I have set up a user in the Server.app called FTPUSER but I am at a loss on how to proceed from here.

Has anyone set up a similar config?
