sftp via terminal

could someone show me the proper commands for a sftp from terminal to my iphone that can send a file from a certain directory on my computer to a certain directory on my iphone? I used to use cyberduck but the upload speeds with it are so slow.

Google "scp", its the command you use.

Or do it over USB in Finder with PhoneDisk or invest in Panic's Transit.

Why not use Cyberduck and SSH over USB? Its much faster than over WiFi. http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/SSH_Over_USB

Stalled

The file transfer starts, and then terminal just says STALLED and won't upload.
